Located in the heritage area of Menteng, it has challenges where designs must be contextual with the surrounding environment, we try to physically manipulate the building by using a large roof on the facade of the building as a reflection of Menteng Area. A massive mass of buildings is hidden by a roof that divided by skylights.
On the roof top there is a thematic rooftop that has a 360 skyline view of the city of Jakarta
